Return & Exchange Policy
Refund Policy (As per Indian E-Commerce Laws)
This Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 applicable in India.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Return Pickup & Product Verification

After approval of the return request, a reverse pickup will be arranged.

Once picked up, the product will undergo quality verification at our warehouse.

Refunds will be initiated only after successful verification.

If the product fails the quality check, the refund request may be rejected and the product may be returned to the customer.
