Return & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy (As per Indian E-Commerce Laws)

This Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 applicable in India.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is initiated within 24 hours from the date of delivery (same date of delivery).

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Return Pickup & Product Verification

  • After approval of the return request, a reverse pickup will be arranged.

  • Once picked up, the product will undergo quality verification at our warehouse.

  • Refunds will be initiated only after successful verification.

  • If the product fails the quality check, the refund request may be rejected and the product may be returned to the customer.

Refund Timeline

  • Upon successful verification, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days, as mandated under Indian e-commerce regulations.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the payment method or bank.

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Tags, labels, or original packaging are missing.

  • The product does not pass verification checks.

  • The return request is raised beyond the permissible return period.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

  • Shipping or convenience fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).

Grievance Officer Details

All grievances will be acknowledged within 72 working hours and resolved within one month from the date of receipt, as mandated by law.
